Open the paywall or Premium area in the app and use Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Check that notifications are allowed for the app in iPhone Settings. Then open the app and confirm reminders are turned on for the routine you want to track.
The app is designed to work locally on your device. If account features are introduced later, they will be described clearly in the app and in the privacy policy.
Routine data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes local app data from the device, subject to Apple's normal device and backup behaviour.
